Plastic tablecloth
Wholesale plastic tablecloths, made and printed in our own PEVA factory in Changzhou. Printed and solid colour covers for party, catering, hotel, retail and marketplace buyers, cut, folded and packed to your spec.
Formats and sizes. Rectangular 137 × 274 cm (54 × 108 in) for banquet and buffet tables; round 84 in / 213 cm for party tables; larger rounds at 243 cm and 305 cm for hotels and events; and cut-to-length tablecloth rolls in 40 in and 54 in widths, 100 ft and 300 ft. Custom sizes and folds are the normal case in wholesale, not the exception. Size maths: tablecloth size chart and round cloth diameters and drop.
Printed or plain. Printed tablecloths carry seasonal and party designs — Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, birthday, football, cartoon and checkered patterns. Solid colour tablecloths in white, black, red, blue, green and gold serve catering, hotels and retail basics. Printing runs full-width, as a spot pattern or as a border, from your artwork or a stock design; plate costs and the artwork approval flow are set out in custom printed tablecloths: plate fees and artwork approval. Matching napkins, table runners, party sets and dinnerware are made in the same designs.
Material and specification. Every cloth in this range is PEVA at 25 g/m²: soft drape, wipe-clean surface, no plastic smell and no PVC or plasticiser. Film thickness is the figure buyers check most often — see the mil, micron and GSM guide for how the units convert and what to write on a spec sheet. Material and compliance questions are covered in tableware materials and food-contact materials; film comparisons in PVC vs PEVA vs vinyl and disposable vs reusable tablecloths.
MOQ and samples. MOQ is set per item, not per order. Stock colours and standard sizes start lower than custom prints, where the print set-up is amortised over the run. Stock items can be sent for evaluation; custom prints run an approval sample that then defines colour, size and print registration for the whole order.
Lead time and packing. Lead time is quoted per line from deposit and confirmed artwork, and seasonal programmes are planned backwards from your in-store date, so the artwork cut-off is stated on the quotation. Packing options are single-piece pouches for retail, bulk bags, master cartons, or mixed cartons with napkins, cutlery and dinnerware; pack count, carton dimensions and gross weight all appear on the quotation.
Quoting and shipping. Send the finished size, printing reference or artwork, pack size and destination port, and the reply comes back line by line with the price, MOQ, lead time, Incoterm and port. We quote FOB, CIF or delivered, and will work out a 20ft or 40HQ loading plan for a mixed order on request. The full process is on how we quote, with shorter questions answered in the wholesale FAQ and a quotation request on the contact form.
Questions buyers ask. What material are your tablecloths? 25 g/m² PEVA film — we do not supply PVC in this range. What sizes can you supply? 137 × 274 cm rectangular, 84 in round, 243 cm and 305 cm rounds, rolls in 40 in and 54 in widths, and any custom cut size or fold. Can you print our own design? Yes — send artwork or a reference image with the size and pack count, and we confirm what is workable before the run. Do you supply tablecloths with tableware and napkins? Yes — mixed cartons combining plastic cutlery, dinnerware, cups and party sets are routine.
