Disposable plastic cups with matching lids, for wholesale buyers, restaurants, caterers and party suppliers. This page explains the cup sizes and lid types we supply, and what to include when you ask for a quotation.
Cup types and typical formats
Our disposable cup range covers the formats buyers ask for most in food service and party wholesale: cold drink cups, tumblers, punch and beer-pong style cups, and dessert cups, supplied with matching flat or domed lids. Cups are supplied in printed and unprinted versions, so a lid ordered for an unprinted cup also fits the same size printed cup.
When you specify a cup, four things decide the item: nominal capacity (commonly 7 oz, 9 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz and 20 oz), the rim diameter that fixes which lid fits, the wall construction, and the pack size.
How to specify cups and lids
Give us the capacity in ounces, the intended use (cold drinks, dessert, party set), whether you want the lid included or supplied separately, and whether the cup needs printing. If you already sell a cup and need a compatible lid, send the rim diameter and a sample photo — the lid must match the rim, not the nominal capacity, and two suppliers can label the same rim differently.
For restaurants and caterers we usually quote cups and lids as a matched pair with the same pack ratio, so staff do not end up with spare lids or loose cups.
Materials and food-contact questions
Cups and lids are supplied in the plastic grades normally used for cold food service. If your market asks for a specific declaration or test report, tell us the requirement with the enquiry: it affects which item we quote, not just the paperwork. Our buyer checklist for food-contact questions is on the materials and food-contact page.
Packing for wholesale and export
Cups are nested and cartoned; lids are cartoned separately or paired inside the same carton depending on the pack you order. Tell us the pack size you sell in (for example 50, 100 or 500 per pack) and whether cartons go to a distributor warehouse or straight to retail, because that decides inner packing rather than the cup itself.

Matching lids to cups: the rim is the number that matters
Cups and lids are matched on rim diameter, not on claimed capacity – two 9 oz cups from different moulds can need different lids. We confirm the rim on the cup you choose and quote the lid that fits it; the measurement method is set out in cups and lids rim diameter and fitment.
Cups we run and where they sell
Three groups cover most orders: 9 oz party cups for events and retail packs, coffee cups with a gold or silver trim for hospitality, and cold cups with flat or dome lids for drinks service. Bars and cafes usually work on the cold range, party wholesalers on the 9 oz range, and hotels mix the two. All are supplied with or without custom print and packed to your carton spec.
