Runxiang manufactures disposable PEVA tablecloths for wholesale buyers: party and event wholesalers, catering suppliers, retail packers and online sellers. Tablecloths are 25 g/m² PEVA, folded and pouched or packed loose to your carton spec, with custom printing available on every size.

Printed or plain
Buyers order two ways: printed tablecloths for seasonal and party ranges (Christmas, Halloween, birthday, football, cartoons) and solid colour tablecloths for catering and hotels. Printing uses your artwork or stock designs; plain colours come in white, black, red, blue, green and more. Matching napkins and table runners are made in the same range, in the colours covered by the black, gold and black-and-white colour guide.
Packing for wholesale
Tablecloths are folded to a fixed size, then packed the way your channel needs: single-piece pouches for retail, bulk bags and master cartons for distribution, or mixed cartons with tableware and napkins. Tell us your pack size and carton label requirements and we pack to spec.
Price, MOQ and lead time
MOQ is set per item, not per order: stock colours and standard sizes start lower than custom prints, where the print set-up has to be amortised over the run. Lead time is quoted per line from receipt of the deposit once artwork or the approval sample is confirmed, and seasonal programmes are planned backwards from your in-store date. Terms are FOB, CIF or delivered, with the port and what the price includes stated on the quotation. The detail is on how we quote.
Why buyers specify PEVA
PEVA gives a soft drape, a wipe-clean surface and no plastic smell, and it contains no PVC or plasticiser. Frequently asked questions
What material are your disposable tablecloths?
25 g/m² PEVA film: soft, matte and foldable, with no plastic smell. We manufacture PEVA tablecloths and do not produce PVC versions.
What sizes can I order?
Standard runs are 137 × 274 cm rectangular, 84 in round, and 213 / 243 / 305 cm round, plus rolls in 40 in and 54 in widths. Custom sizes are the normal case for wholesale orders, not the exception.
Can you print our own design?
Yes. Send artwork or a reference image and we print full-width designs, spot patterns or borders. Printed ranges can be mixed with solid colours in one carton.
Do you supply tablecloths with matching tableware and napkins?
Yes. Party wholesalers usually order tablecloths, plastic cutlery, dinnerware and party sets together, which we pack in mixed cartons to reduce freight cost.
