Where we are
Our factory is in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. We have produced PEVA tablecloths, table cover rolls, printed tablecloths, disposable tableware and party supplies since 2006.
Production hall
Tablecloth and film lines run through the same hall. Film is extruded and wound in house, then moves to printing, folding or slitting depending on the product ordered.
Film and printing
PEVA film is produced from resin pellets, printed on rotary presses for patterned tablecloths, then wound to the roll length the buyer orders (100 ft, 200 ft and 300 ft are the common lengths).
Quality checks before packing
Operators check the film and the finished goods before packing, so that each carton matches the order specification. Raw material is kept in the workshop and traceable by batch.
