Napkins

Disposable napkins in bulk for caterers, restaurants, event suppliers and retail packers — the third line of a table set, bought with the tablecloth, the plates and the cutlery so the whole setting arrives in one carton.

What we supply. Paper napkins in cocktail and dinner sizes, in 1-ply and 2-ply, in plain colours and printed designs. Cocktail napkins suit bars, receptions and cake service; dinner napkins are what restaurants and banquet venues order, because they cover the lap rather than the hand. Printed designs run to holiday and party themes in our printed napkins range; plain party colours are in solid colour napkins, and every theme we print can be matched across the range.

Sizes, ply and fold. Size, ply and fold are the three numbers that decide cost and handling, not the print: a 2-ply dinner napkin costs more per piece than 1-ply because it uses more tissue, and 1/4 fold versus 1/8 fold decides how it sits in a napkin holder, on a plate or in a caddy. Matching the table. Napkins are ordered against the tablecloth theme, the plate rim colour and the cutlery finish, so the pack looks deliberate rather than assembled. See printed tablecloths, solid colour tablecloths, plates, drinkware, cutlery and party sets.

Packing and cartons. Napkins are heavy for their cube, so pack count and carton weight decide the freight as much as the piece price does. Tell us the pack count your channel sells in — retail pouch, bulk bag or carton — and the carton dimensions and gross weight are stated on the quotation for your forwarder.

Printing and approval. Printed napkins follow the same artwork approval flow as printed tablecloths, with an approval sample fixing colour and registration before the run. Plate and artwork costs are explained in plate fees and artwork approval.

Ordering. MOQ is per item, and stock colours start lower than custom prints. Samples can be sent before mass production, and lead time is quoted per line from deposit and confirmed artwork — seasonal programmes are planned backwards from your in-store date.
