Printed tablecloth

Printed plastic tablecloths in bulk, from our own printing line in Changzhou. We print PEVA tablecloth film to your artwork or to one of our stock designs, in the sizes your market sells, and pack it to your carton spec.

What we print. Seasonal and party ranges are the biggest part of this category: Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, birthday, football and cartoon designs, plus everyday prints such as black and white checks, polka dots and gingham. Prints can be full-width, a border, or a repeating spot pattern.

Formats and sizes. The same design runs as rectangular 137 × 274 cm (54 × 108 in), round 84 in / 213 cm, larger rounds at 243 cm and 305 cm, and cut-to-length rolls in 40 in and 54 in widths. Artwork and plates. Send artwork as AI, PDF or high-resolution bitmap, or send a reference sample and we work from that. Cylinder and plate fees, artwork approval and how the print set-up is priced per design are explained in custom printed tablecloths: plate fees and artwork approval.

Colour consistency. Printed film is matched against a master sample under an agreed light source, because shop lighting shifts a print more than it shifts a plain film. The requirements buyers should write on a spec — master sample, ΔE tolerance, light source — are set out in the tablecloth colour guide.

Material. Printed tablecloths here are 25 g/m² PEVA, printable and foldable with no plastic smell, and we keep the film thickness on the spec sheet so a reorder matches the first run. Thickness in mil, micron and GSM: tablecloth thickness guide.

Mixed orders. Printed designs pack together with plain colours, napkins, cutlery and dinnerware in the same carton to cut freight cost — see solid colour tablecloths, napkins, party sets and dinnerware.

Sampling and orders. Custom print runs go through an approval sample that defines colour, size and print registration for the whole order; stock designs can be sent as a sample first.
