Party set

Party sets in bulk for party wholesalers, event suppliers, retailers and online sellers: a coordinated set of plates, cups, napkins and cutlery built around one theme or one colour, packed the way your channel sells it.

What a set contains. Typically a plate, a cup, a napkin and a cutlery piece or set, in a colourway or print that ties the table together. Themes and colourways. The print range covers holiday and party themes — check printed tablecloths for the designs we run and the colour guide for the black, gold and white combinations that carry most party ranges. Plain settings are built from solid colour tablecloths and the gold- or silver-rim ranges in plates and cups.

Parts you can add. Matching napkins, cutlery, bowls and table covering are made in the same factory, so a themed programme can cover the whole table from one order and ship in one carton.

Packing for each channel. Party wholesalers buy bulk cartons by part; event suppliers want the full setting in counted packs; retailers and online sellers need a printed pouch or sleeve with a barcode and a header. All three are production options — give us the pack and the carton mark and it is priced on the quotation, including carton dimensions and gross weight for your forwarder.

Custom and private label. Own-theme artwork, own colourway, own carton and own part mix are all normal for us as a factory: OEM and ODM covers what we need from you (artwork file, reference sample, pack brief) and how approval works.

Ordering. MOQ is per item and per part, so a set is workable when each line has enough quantity — send the assortment and we confirm which lines are workable before quoting. Samples can be sent before mass production, and lead time counts from deposit and confirmed artwork, so seasonal ranges are planned backwards from your in-store date.
