These are the questions our wholesale buyers ask most often, from materials and custom printing to MOQ, samples, lead time and shipping terms. Runxiang supplies plastic tablecloths, dinnerware and party tableware to importers, distributors, caterers and retail chains. If your question is not here, send it over and we will answer it directly.
What does Runxiang manufacture?
Plastic tablecloths and matching tableware: PEVA tablecloths in printed and solid designs, table cover rolls, disposable dinnerware, napkins, cutlery sets, drinkware and party sets. Everything is supplied in wholesale quantities, with or without custom printing.
What material are your tablecloths made from?
Our tablecloth range is PEVA, chosen for a soft drape, wipe-clean surface and no plastic smell. We do not use PVC in this range. If your market has a specific material requirement, tell us and we will confirm what we can supply.
Can you print our own design, logo or size?
Yes. We produce printed tablecloths to your artwork, and we can cut and fold to your own sizes. Send your design file or a reference sample and tell us the size, film thickness and pack count you want; we will confirm what is workable before quoting.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item, the design and whether the colour is a stock line or a custom print. Stock colours start lower than custom prints. Tell us which item and market you are buying for and we will confirm the exact MOQ for that item on your quotation.
Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples can be produced before mass production, and stock items can be sent for evaluation. Sample cost and courier terms are confirmed when you request them – send us the item and the address and we will come back with the details.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on stock availability, print complexity and the size of the order, and it is stated on your quotation before you commit. Seasonal programmes are planned backwards from your in-store date, so tell us the date you need the goods by.
How do you ship, and on which terms?
Tell us the Incoterm you work on – FOB, CIF or a delivered arrangement – and the destination, and we will quote on that basis. Your quotation states the port, the term and what is included, so there is no ambiguity later.
How many pieces fit in a container?
It depends on the item and how it is packed. Send us your item mix and quantities and we will work out a loading plan for a 20ft or a 40HQ container, including the carton dimensions and weights you need for your own costing.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are agreed per order and written on the proforma invoice, so both sides have the same document. In your enquiry, tell us the terms you normally work on and we will confirm what we can accept.
Do you provide compliance documents?
Tell us which market and which document you need for your customer or customs clearance, and we will send what we hold for that item. We only send documents we actually have – we will not promise a certificate we cannot produce.
Can you supply mixed orders?
Yes, most of our buyers mix items: tablecloths plus dinnerware, or several colours in one shipment. Mixed orders are quoted line by line so you can see the price of each item before you decide what to stock.
What is the next step?
Send us the items, sizes and quantities you are considering, plus your destination port and the date you need the goods. You will get a line-by-line quotation with MOQ, lead time and the term applied.
