Plastic cutlery

Disposable plastic cutlery in bulk, made in our own factory in Changzhou: forks, spoons and knives in PS and PP, wrapped sets or bulk packs, plus the serving utensils that go with a buffet — all made to ship with the tablecloth, plates and napkins on the same order.

Lines we make. Forks, spoons, knives, teaspoons, and the sets that pair them for one setting, in clear and coloured finishes. Catering buyers also order our serving utensils for buffets and catering — tongs, serving spoons and serving forks — which we supply as single items or as sets.

Material choice. PS gives the stiff, glass-clear look most party ranges buy; PP gives more flex and handles heat better, which matters for hot service and for heavier gauges. The comparison that decides between them — heat tolerance, breakage, cost — is in PP vs PS vs PET, and food-contact documentation is covered in food-contact materials.

Gauge and weight. Two forks both sold as “heavy duty” can differ by a third of their weight, and the gauge is what decides whether a fork bends in a steak or a spoon snaps in ice cream. Ask for grams per piece on the quotation and keep it on your specification sheet, so a reorder does not quietly change grade — see the spec that prevents complaints.

Single items, sets or wrapped. Catering and food-service buyers usually take bulk packs or single items; party wholesalers and event suppliers take the wrapped set — napkin plus fork, knife and spoon — because the setting is handled once and counted once. Wrapping material and the number of pieces per set are set on the pack brief.

Matching the rest of the table. Cutlery is one line of a full table order: plastic tablecloths, plates, bowls, cups, napkins and party sets all come from the same factory and pack into the same carton, which is where the freight saving shows up. More on the cutlery range and how we supply it: plastic cutlery.

Packing. Cutlery is dense, so carton weight — not cube — usually sets the loading plan. Tell us the pack count and carton mark your channel needs; pack count per carton, dimensions and gross weight are stated on the quotation.

Ordering. MOQ is per item, stock finishes start lower than custom colours or wrapped sets, and an approval sample fixes gauge and colour before the run. Lead time is quoted per line from deposit and confirmed artwork; seasonal party programmes are planned backwards from your in-store date.
