Printed napkins

Printed paper napkins wholesale: holiday and themed designs, custom prints and party ranges, supplied with matching printed tablecloths so a table set arrives in one theme.

Where printed napkins get used. Party wholesalers, event suppliers and retail packers buy printed napkins as part of a themed set: a print on the napkin, the printed plastic tablecloth, the plates and the cups. Selling the theme as a set is what lifts the average order, and it is why we keep the prints aligned across lines.

Print and design options. Napkins carry your artwork or one of our stock seasonal designs – Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, birthday and holiday party ranges. Custom print work follows the same artwork and approval flow as our printed film: plate fees and artwork approval.

Sizes, ply and folds. Cocktail and dinner sizes, in the ply and fold that suit your dispenser or your table setting. Ply, size and colour matching are explained step by step in the bulk napkin buying guide.

Mixing printed and solid. Most ranges ship printed designs for the theme plus solid colour napkins for everyday catering from the same napkin range, so one container covers both the seasonal peak and the base business.

Packing and ordering. Retail packs, catering packs and bulk cartons are produced; mixed cartons can combine napkins with party sets and tablecloths. MOQ is per item, and print runs are quoted line by line – see how we quote or request a quotation.
