Length and drop: the two numbers to fix first
A runner works when the finished length clears the table edge by the drop you want, and when the width suits the table without covering the place settings. Get those two numbers from your venue layout rather than from a stock list — the maths for round and long tables is in the tablecloth size chart and round cloth diameter and drop. Custom lengths are normal in wholesale; send the finished size and the fold.
Material and finish
Runners are 25 g/m² PEVA: soft drape, wipe-clean, no plastic smell, and the same film we run for tablecloths, so a runner reordered next season matches the first. Thickness in mil, micron and GSM is in the thickness guide; how PEVA behaves next to other films is in the material comparison.
Packing for venues and retailers
Venues buy in bulk cartons; retail and online sellers want single-piece pouches with a header or barcode. Both are production options, and runners can be packed into the same carton as cloths, napkins and tableware, which is where most of the freight saving comes from. Ordering
MOQ is per item and lower on stock colours; custom colours and prints start higher and run through an approval sample that fixes the colour for the order. Lead time is quoted per line from deposit and confirmed artwork, and wedding or seasonal programmes are planned backwards from the event date — tell us the date at enquiry stage.
