OEM & ODM Plastic Tableware: Custom Printing and Private Label

OEM and ODM programmes for plastic tableware: custom printing, private-label packaging and product development for importers, distributors and retail brands. This page explains what to prepare before a programme starts.

What we can produce to your specification

Three types of programme are common. OEM: you supply the specification and artwork, we produce to it. Private label: you sell under your own brand, with packaging and printing carrying your details. ODM: you describe the market and price position, and we propose existing formats that can be adapted, printed and packed for you.

Printed tablecloths are one example where custom artwork is printed to order on PEVA film, which is the same process shown in our factory videos.

Information to send with an OEM enquiry

Send the item, the size, the material or construction, the print or artwork (or a reference sample), the pack size, and the market you sell in. If artwork is not final, a description of the design intent is enough to start: we can quote the format first and confirm artwork details when the item is agreed.

Artwork and sampling

Printing is quoted from artwork files, so the resolution and colour reference matter. For a new programme, expect the discussion to move from format, to artwork, to a sample arrangement, to full production. We keep each step separate so you can stop on cost or on fit without paying for the next stage.

Where OEM fits in your range

Most buyers start with an existing catalogue item and move to a printed or branded version once the item sells. If that is your plan, tell us which items are candidates and which market you sell in, and we will quote both the standard and the customised version for comparison.

What we need from you to start an OEM or ODM project

Four things move a project from enquiry to production: the item and size, the artwork or a reference sample for print, the pack (count per carton and how it ships), and the quantity per item. Send those and we confirm what is workable before quoting. On custom print, an approval sample defines colour, size and print registration for the whole run, so nothing is argued about after production – the process is set out in custom printed tablecloths: plate fees and artwork approval.
