Disposable dinnerware for wholesale buyers: plates, bowls, cutlery, napkins and complete party sets. Here is how the range is organised and what to send us to get an accurate quotation.
What counts as a dinnerware set
A dinnerware order is usually a combination of plates, bowls, cutlery and napkins, sold either as separate items or as a matched set for a fixed number of guests. Our party sets combine these pieces in one pack so a distributor can sell a complete table setting instead of four separate SKUs.
Plate formats are described by diameter and shape (round, square, oval) and are supplied in the sizes used for main courses, dessert and side plates. Cutlery is supplied in forks, knives, spoons and combination packs, in the colours and finishes requested for the event market.
Rigid and lighter constructions
Buyers normally choose between a rigid construction for buffets and heavier catering use, and a lighter construction for parties and events where weight matters for freight. Both are supplied in the same nominal size, so state which construction you want, or tell us the use case and we will quote the one that fits.
Colour, finish and printing
Dinnerware is available in clear, white and coloured versions, including metallic-look finishes for party and seasonal ranges. Printing and private-label packaging are quoted to order, which is the same process described on the OEM and ODM page.
Getting a quotation that you can compare
Send: item type, size, colour or finish, pack quantity, whether it is part of a set, and the destination market. We quote item, packing and case configuration together, so comparisons between suppliers are made on the same unit.

Building a dinnerware range
A workable range usually pairs one plate size with one bowl, one cup and one cutlery set per channel, then adds colours or rim finishes per market. Plates run from 7 in to 9 in in our party lines, bowls cover 8 oz and 24 oz, and cups start at 9 oz – sizes and portion maths are in plate and bowl sizes and portions and grams per piece and rim. Colour and rim finish are what make a range look like a range, so confirm those against the tablecloth and napkin you are already buying.
Mixed cartons and container planning
Dinnerware is heavy and bulky, so the cheapest order is usually one container with tablecloths, napkins and cutlery in the same cartons rather than separate shipments of one line each. We quote mixed cartons and can work out a loading plan for a 20ft or 40HQ container before you finalise quantities – ask on the enquiry and state your in-store date if the goods are for a season.
